I’m ready. The first draft of the first book in the San Antonio Psychic Private Investigator Series begins this week!
The irony of that statement is not lost on me. I’ve literally been spending all my writing time working on my book! Which is awesome!
My research into psychics is interesting and keeping an open mind is a necessity. Sometimes I catch myself leaning over my computer reading avidly and exclaiming “Wow!”. Other times, I’m rolling my eyes and saying “Give me a break!”
I’m spending my time researching private investigators lately. The variety is amazing. Some seem highly professional, both companies which are new and old.
Which point of view do I want to use in my book? It is my plan to write a long running series so it’s important to pick the right P.O.V. now.
My favorite hobbies are knitting and crocheting. I know part of that is because I can use them to make both pretty and useful items. A new baby on the way? Need new hot pads in the kitchen? It was cold last night? It’s a day that ends in y? Bring on the yarn!
Cursing is typically frowned upon. It’s also said to be a sign of intelligence, creativity, and is known to be effective in relieving both pain and stress. I don’t know the accuracy of that statement but it definitely works for me!
