Cover Reveal

The cover for the second book in my Pond Investigations Mystery series was unveiled at the Lubbock Book Festival yesterday. I’m very excited to share it with the rest of the world today.

Some notes on the cover design: my daughter, Katy, drew the Tarot Cards used in the photograph. They inspired the text used to describe these and other cards within the book. My husband, Rob (a.k.a The Tech Dude), took the photo and created the layout of the cover.

I’m so fortunate to have such a wonderful support system in my family.

Lubbock Book Festival

Follow Up

We had a fantastic time at the Lubbock Book Festival yesterday. The team who organized the event did an amazing job. I loved visiting with so many new, and future, readers of the Pond Investigations Mystery series. I had the opportunity to chat with some of the other authors around us as well. Not as many as I wanted to, but that was only because we were all so busy. Which is always a good thing. The general consensus was that we are all looking forward to participating in the 2025 Lubbock Book Festival. A special thank you to the Lubbock Book Festival and Literacy Lubbock for putting together a fantastic event!
